Include eBay user ID with order information - make it searchable

Completed

A lot of the time we run into not being able to find the matching customer in ebay because their registered shipping address that is imported to shipping easy does not match their billing or account info (mainly the name).

We like to pull from the ebay pull list thanks to the pictures of our products and other reasons.

We have three shippers all shipping at the same time so we have to search the customer for every order. If we could just search their user ID this would make things easier.

Official Comment

Good news! We now offer 4 new column headers, including buyer IDs.

Our new headers are: Customer Comments, Gift Message, Internal Notes, and Buyer ID.

Note: None of these columns will be displayed by default so be sure to go to the Orders page and select ‘Arrange Columns’ to add these new columns to your Orders page display.

Happy shipping!

Hi Jared,

This is a great suggestion! I have passed along the feedback to our developers. Additionally, we have another thread going that is similar, but it sounds like you want the orders to come in and be applied all around - is that correct?

This is the other thread here.

Can we get the Buyer ID column added to the "review shipped orders" page so it is easier to find past orders when someone contacts us with questions or concerns about an order they received?

As this thread has been marked as completed, do you mind creating a new thread showing your interest in, specifically, Buyer ID to the Shipping History page? This way, our CEO and Product Manager will know its a new interest.

Thanks!
