Charged me but didn't print label

I paid for my label, but when it went to generate the label it failed. The only option was to redo it all again and pay again. How do I contact someone to get the money refunded to my account?

We are currently working with Endicia to identify all affected accounts and transactions in order to refund all failed labels that resulted in a charge.

If you prefer to have some oversight in this process, please take a look at this article: How do I know if I was charged for a failed label?

Note: there is no action required on the part of any of our customers to receive these postage refunds. We've provided some steps to view your refunds if this is something you're interested in doing. However, we're doing all the leg work required to ensure that our customers receive accurate refunds.

We will be in touch with our affected customers once we have a finalized list of refunds from Endicia.

Hi there,

So sorry you had this issue. We did experience an outage with Endicia yesterday but the issue has ben resolved. Unfortunately, your plan does not include a dedicated Customer Success Advisor but I would be happy to address your concerns here.

I have found the duplicate label for your order in Endicia account and have requested a refund for you on that.

Please note: When you cancel a label that was generated through Endicia, a refund is automatically requested. However, it can take 14 to 21 days to process the refund. USPS requires 10 business days to process the postage refund on their end, as they need to ensure that the tracking number for the cancelled label doesn't subsequently show up in the mail stream. So, Endicia will wait 10 days to begin processing the refund. It then takes Endicia another 10-14 days to finalize the refund. The refund will go back to your postage balance.

I hope this helps!

I have also had this issue, now 3 times. I canceled the first 2, which happened on the same day, so was hoping that this issue would be resolved by now but it wasn't. When will the labels be working again? Thank you

Hi Lindsay,

I took a look at your account and I do not see any failed labels, and I do not see any reports of this from Endicia. It sounds like your labels may have failed because it had the incorrect information. When this happens, the error shows on Ready to Print so you know how to correct it. I've included some links below to explain the difference!

What happens if I click 'retry' when a label has failed?

How do I know if I was charged for a failed label?

Please let me know if you have further questions!

Warm regards,
