Hi,
I'm trying to replicate all of the information on eBay's default packing slip for my client. Please add the following variables otherwise it's impossible to go from subtotal of items to the true total.

I like that suggestion! We do have a list of variables but do not currently offer what you are wanting.

Great question! We aim to update the post title to "Planned" as we receive new information, but we usually only plan our feature work a month out. This lets us prioritize features based on the most pressing demands, and ensures that we don't over promise and under deliver. This is where the importance of our forums comes into play - the more interest we see from our customers in a potential feature, the more likely our CEO and Product Manager is to look into implementing this. I hope this answers your question!
Hi - I want to start by saying ShippingEasy has been great completing feature requests. Is there any chance in moving this one up on the priority list? These missing shipping variables are a big deal as you cannot create a proper packing slip without them.

Unfortunately this has not been moved up the list and likely will not be this year (it is, at least, not prioritized for October) as we work to improve as much as possible in the ways of features and fixes before the holiday season. I do, however, still think it is possible to move up the queue next year if enough customers are interested! It appears a few customers have asked for it on other threads (which I've forwarded to our Product Team as well) but it would be best if anyone interested posts here so that our CEO can see how interested our customers are. Thanks for your patience!
Please add the tax variable to the packing slip. It is extremely important that the customer sees the breakdown of the money they spent. With tax being left out the total does not add up correctly for them. Please add this option it is VERY important!

At this time, we don't have a specific release date for this feature but it is on our team's list to consider for prioritization. I've gone ahead and logged your support of this as well. Amazing news everyone! We now have a template variable for sales tax available in both email and packing slip templates - hooray! If any sales tax is applied to an order, and the order came from a store that supports this variable, we will show it on the template.
The variable is available top be used for the following store platforms:
- eBay
- Amazon
- Shopify
- Bigcommerce
- Volusion
- Magento
- WooCommerce
To add this variable in, you can either enter {{shipment.sales_tax}} directly into the template or select the option for "Sales Tax" under "Shipping Variables" when editing your email template or packing slip template.
