ConnectEasy immediately logs me out after logging in with passphrase

I have Connecteasy 4.5.1+c7d installed on my Mac (10.10.2) and after putting in my passphrase and signing in, I immediately get disconnected and it logs me out. I can't seem to find the ConnectEasy logs to help assist with the issue (I have looked in the most obvious places, including Application Support).

Logs may help, but obviously the most important thing is getting the issue resolved so that I can use the app.

Hello Donavon - Thanks for posting to our forums! I'm sorry that you've run into this problem with ConnectEasy. While printer integration is not a requirement to use ShippingEasy, it can help streamline things.

Note: if you would like to disable a printer integration, go to SETTINGS >> PRINTERS and select "No direct printing". Then "Save" the changes.

If ConnectEasy is running on your computer, you will see an icon for ConnectEasy in the upper-right corner of the screen:

If you can find this icon, please try reconnecting ConnectEasy? This tends to resolve most ConnectEasy issues. We have a guide here to help you locate the application and reconnect:

If you're prompted for your login credentials again, you can find them via this guide:

If ConnectEasy is not running on your computer, then you can find the program in your Applications:

Open the Mac Finder by clicking its icon:

Then click the Applications folder:

Find the entry for ConnectEasy:

If you're unable to find ConnectEasy, you may try installing the program again.

Updating to 4.5.4 resolved the issue.
