Unfortunately, that's not the issue. I know how to edit template. For some reason, shopping easy's email is showing up as contact info for my vendor, My vendor information is confidential because I sell private label products. So, to have that info go out to my customers could be devastating to my business. Not sure how to solve this problem.

It sounds like you might want to review the information in your store settings.
Just head to SETTINGS >> STORES & ORDERS >> then click "Edit store settings" under your Shopify store. The information mapped to your emails will be stored here. Just be sure to Save any changes that you make.
When I look over the rest of your settings, I don't see a custom email template configured for your account. While you might be able to resolve the problem just by updating your store settings, the custom email template options open a range of options to you.
