Cannot re-configure Endicia Account

Removed my Endicia account, I am now trying to reconfigure the account and I am getting the error message "Authentication failed". I called Endicia, and they reset my passphrase for me, but I am still unable to sign in.

I then tried to start from scratch and create a brand new Endicia account, and after I entered in all my information, I am getting the error message "Verification Failed"

Not sure what to do here. Endicia support couldn't do anything on their end. Now I'm stuck! Please help :)

Hi Molly - Thanks for posting in our forum!

I've reactivated your Endicia First Class account, so you'll now see the record on the Postage Balance page. Keep in mind, it is still suspended.

To unsuspend the account, you'll need to obtain a temporary pass phrase from Endicia. This is what they had provided previously. However, the temporary pass phrase is used to create a new permanent pass phrase. Our Customer Success team at ShippingEasy can help with this.

Acquire your new temporary pass phrase from Endicia by calling them or via their online tools at Endicia.com.

With a new temporary pass phrase in hand, please email your Account Number and temporary pass phrase to endicia.account@shippingeasy.com

Our team will take care of the rest!


On another note, I see that you only have an Endicia First Class account set up. This means that you're only able to access First Class, Media Mail, and Parcel Select services. If you'd like to also ship via Priority or Express Mail (even if only occassionally), you can open an Endicia Expedited account for free.
