Orders Stuck in Ready to Print

We been having been problems the last couple of days with order stuck in the ready to print que, I have four batches right now that I can't print out or delete.

At the moment, I do not see any labels on your Ready to Print page that failed to fully generate. I hope you were able to resolve this!

After checking your account, I was unable to find any stuck labels in your account, however I may not be checking the same account you are working with.

As you can see the picture that was my issue, before I contacted live chat and they open a ticket and they fix the issue that you see in the picture.
