Hi Brian,
We actually offer this but our Knowledge Base article is being revamped for it currently.
If you create a UPS shipment and choose the UPS insurance coverage and the declared value of the shipment is $1000 or greater, then the "Reprint" button on Shipment History will include an entry for printing the UPS High Value report.
