Frequently when preparing shipments for the next day, the date the label is purchased rather than the ship date is being synced back to my web site. I'm growing weary of trying to catch all these errors.
Correct sync date on postdated labels

Hi Debbie -
I recall that we had a similar thread running a while back. I don't necessarily want to conflate the two if they're separate topics, but I am curious if this is a continuation of the previous discussion:
Returning to this thread, does this affect orders from both your stores or just one platform? I'm not certain if this will resolve the matter, but have you looked into delaying your store order updates until the ship date? This is a feature that we recently added. You can learn more about it here:
Jennifer, it is a narrower focus of the same issue and, yes, it affects both stores, although I'm only concerned about my web site. Since I'd have to go back and manually check every order for accuracy, rather than being able to see it while I'm already working on it, delaying the update is not a practical solution.
Hi Debbie - Thanks for considering the delayed notifications. Sorry that won't resolve this issue.
Could you email us with a bit more data so that our developers can look into the discrepancies?
- One or more orders experiencing the discrepancy from each store that is integrated with ShippingEasy.
- Screenshots of the orders as they are displayed in the back-end of your store, focusing on capturing the information that doesn't match what is displayed in ShippingEasy.
If you address your email to Jennifer, I'll keep an eye out for it. Thanks in advance for taking the time to gather this information.
I'll send when I have an order time itself correctly to do this. The last one's that did it were cases where I had used "print later" because of the timing issue on notification emails.
Hi Debbie - Thanks for sending along the example.
The pattern of the information in ShippingEasy vs 3dcart is very similar to the previous examples we've reviewed. As I mentioned in our last thread it appears that ShippingEasy is sending the correct information to 3dcart, but rather 3dcart is not handling the information correctly. From my perspective, it almost appears that 3dcart is mapping the Label Creation Date (rather than Ship Date) to your Shipment Date in 3dcart.
In any case, I have forwarded your most recent example to our Product Team and I'll post a summary of their reply once I receive it. One question that I have posed to them is if there is any data that can be provided to 3dcart to help them review how they are handling the data.
Note that the same thing happens in eBay, not just 3dCart.
Hi Debbie - Yes, we've found that this solution will fix the date provided for updates to Amazon, 3dcart, and eBay stores. Please check this setting for both your stores. If you still notice that the dates update incorrectly after making the change, let me know.

Hi Debbie -
Just received word back from our Product Manager.
He's confirmed that although we are sending the shipment date information to 3dcart, they are displaying the purchase date instead. Our best solution is to delay the shipment notifications that are sent back to 3dcart until the actual shipment date.
The alternate solution would be to escalate matters with 3dcart and request that they map the correct field.
