Thanks so much for this question. We actually already offer this currently. However, there is an approval process as seen in this article entitled Are Commercial Plus CPP Rates Available On USPS First Class Shipments?
That said, if you follow those steps and meet the requirements, ShippingEasy is able to turn those rates on for you. I hope this helps!
