For our products weight between 3.5Oz and 15.99 Oz, PS light weight is a much more economical shipping solution. However, it is not available from shipping easy which is a big disadvantage.

Great suggestion! I have forwarded your request to our Product Team. One other option is shipping Expedited via First Class Mail. There are, however, some requirements before you can gain access to this: Extended First Class
If you do not ship more than 5,000 First Class shipments per year, you may not have access to this, however.
