I integrated my Great.ly shop about an hour ago. S.E. help section says it can take up to 10 min, but so far no signs of today's orders from Great.ly in S.E. Need them badly, thanks!

We are currently working with GREAT.LY to enhance our support content as it relates to GREAT.LY accounts.
The GREAT.LY integration works by sending orders from GREAT.LY to ShippingEasy. Only orders placed after the integration is in place will be sent into ShippingEasy. For any orders placed before integrating your store, we recommend creating manual orders. Learn how to create manual orders. Any orders added into ShippingEasy manually will also need to be manually updated in GREAT.LY.
If you find that orders placed after integrating do not sync, please double check that the entire integration process is completed: both adding the GREAT.LY store to ShippingEasy and providing GREAT.LY with the API credentials from ShippingEasy. Learn more about integrating GREAT.LY with ShippingEasy.
We are assisting GREAT.LY to enhance the integration. We welcome any feedback and will be happy to share it with their development team.
