Hi Anthony - Thanks for posting to our forum!
Unfortunately, we're unable to sync orders older than 14 days old. However, you can add them in manually via the QUICK SHIP tab on the navigation menu. View our step by step guide.
If your future orders are in an Open status, then they should sync without any problems. However, if you run into any other issues with your Storenvy orders syncing, take a look at this forum thread.
Storenvy is also preparing to launch a new in app shipping widget - EasyShip. If you do not sell on any other platform, this could be an easy way to ship the orders that won't sync with ShippingEasy. I recommend reaching out to Storenvy about this option.
