Volusion "Options" added to Packing Slip

I have added the option for custom engraving to some of my products (it could have been colors, size, etc). How do I have that information show on my ShippingEasy packing slip?

Hello,

This information is synced from the order details on Volusion.

First, make sure the "Display Product Options" is selected in Stores and Orders. I do see that you have this option selected for your Volusion store.

Next, make sure that you have also selected for your line items to be shown on your packing slip. (I have also confirmed this has been added for your packing slip).

Since you have made recent changes to your store, that can effect the sync. It is possible that you need to reset your custom fields.

Once you have tried to reset, if you still aren't seeing your product options, would you email us (using the email support link in your account) a screenshot of an order on your store of the product details that should be included, as well as a screenshot of the product details setup in Volusion?
