Bugs to Fix as of 6/1/15:
1) since the new rates went into effect, when I use USPS Media Mail, I am no longer offered the option to buy insurance from Shipsurance. Since Tracking is now included in the price of the Media mail postage automatically, and not the separate charge, Shipsurance no longer recognizes there is tracking for the package and will not allow the purchase of insurance. 2) in addition the Media mail Tracking number that prints does not show up on the Shipping History page for orders, negating the ability to track and confirm delivery.
Please verify you can verify my report, and provide an expected date to correct bug.

Thank you for reporting this to us. This is a known bug since the latest changes to USPS last weekend.
Tracking is not showing in ShippingEasy for Media Mail, however tracking will show with Endicia, USPS, and on the label itself. Unfortunately, this is also effecting the ability to add insurance in the app. We have a fix for this set to go out tonight. Please let us know if you continue to have problems tomorrow.
