Change default screen after "Print Now"

We have many people processing shipments at the same time. We have noticed that when you select "Print Now" it prints a label but then automatically pulls up another shipment that another employee may be working on. It would be helpful for workflow if it pulled up a list of shipments as opposed to a specific shipment.

Kristin,

I see that you do have multiple users and use ConnectEasy. Given that, I am not quite sure I understand the issue. When one user clicks "Print Now" it should go directly to the printer. I'm not sure what you mean by it automatically pulling up another shipment. Can you explain the issue a bit more?

Rachael,
It does automatically print the label which is no problem. But the screen we are viewing then automatically updates to the next shipment information, in our case it could be a shipment that another user is already in the middle or processing. After the label prints it would be less confusing if the screen showed a list of all of the available shipments ready for processing as opposed to automatically pulling up one of those shipments. Thanks!

Kristin,

This is on the Ready to Ship page, correct? If so, it sounds like maybe what you are wanting is more of a per-user Ready to Ship page, which we actually currently offer. You can toggle on "My Shipments" or "All Shipments". That way, you arent bogged down by all orders that are processing. Does that help? If not, I'd like to get a better idea of what page you are viewing and what you are seeing specifically.

We have a short article that illustrates how to see which orders have been assigned to specific users. Perhaps this will help your team:

Here are a few more resources to help you make the most of multiple users:

Thanks for the information. Switching to "My Shipments" seems to help with the confusion. Thanks!
