I created a manual order just like I have done since joining shipping-easy. Today though when I click on the ready to ship button I am redirected to an OOPS page with a cartoon character and a box on his head. Says click for support, but frankly is was really disappointing when I found out that the support is a bunch of FAQ's and no where can I find a real person to help me. Very frustrating.
I also tried two different browsers with no change.
Any help or ideas will be much appreciated.

I'm so sorry to hear of your frustration. I looked into this further and it appears some accounts were getting Oops pages on Ready to Ship, however, this is now resolved. I took the liberty of personally checking into your account and I am no longer seeing errors.
