I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble! Are you installing the driver directly from Dymo's website?

In your Chrome browser, do you see any downloads from Dymo in your download history?
Here are some tips from Windows regarding drivers that won't install properly. Additionally, here is a discussion thread from Apple regarding drivers that may help if you are using a Mac.
One additional thing to try is to use the Mozilla FireFox browser to see if you can load the driver from there.
If your aren't seeing anything in these resources that help, since this is a download from Dymo, you will need to contact Dymo directly to see why this is not loading correctly. They will need to know your computer operating system.
