woiuld be nice to have an easy way to download products from Bigcommerce , shopify instead of configuring to CSV formats. You have the data format info .....(from them).

It sounds like you want a "Sync" button of sorts for products. Is that right? If so, I believe we do have what you want. If you take a look at this FAQ article on our Product Catalog, you can see that for both Shopify and Bigcommerce, as well as other platforms, we automatically import products when a new order comes in with a product SKU we havent seen before. Is this what you were looking for?
