It would be great if each user could have the option to choose their own label sizes or the default set by the primary account. This way if one staff member deals with returns and needs to use a 8.5 x 11 format he can while another staff on a different account can use a 4 x 6 format.

We would still love to see a more powerful feature rich user experience that would allow greater flexibility for the way each business operates. Allowing for each user to have their unique printing label formats opens up the possibilities of how shipping easy can integrate in existing business work flows.
Please consider adding this functionality to your user accounts.

I'm so sorry for the late response! I love your idea of allowing users the ability to select their own format to coincide with the function we currently offer, allowing each user to select their own printers and printer settings. I've made a note of this. Thanks again!

We need the ability of multiple users having different label types and different outputs. I thought the purpose of having multiple users would be to have different settings, otherwise, we could sign in as the same user. This is going to be a hassle as we may both be shipping at the exact same time. One of us uses a dymo and one uses a regular printer. When do you forsee this functionality being added?
