Hello, we had previously successfully synced our Magento store (currently under development). About a month went by, and now we are doing final testing prior to launch. However, our Magento store was automatically disconnected, and now I can no longer connect. I have verified that WS-I compliance is disabled, and reset the API key with no luck. After an hour of searching, I did find this nugget buried in the knowledge base:
"Magento must be a main domain, not a sub-domain:
ShippingEasy's Magento integration requires that your Magento store be configured using a main domain, not a sub-domain."
Our site is currently on a "subdomain" (currently: http://oursite.nextmp.net), because we obviously aren't going to point our URL to it until it's tested and ready for launch. But we can't test Shipping Easy until we have pointed the domain? If that's the case unfortunately that means finding another shipping solution, or is there a way around this? This is the first of several e-commerce properties we are transitioning, and I was optimistic that Shipping Easy would be the ticket to handle our shipping.
