trouble switching Endicia accounts

I closed an old Endicia account. I then went and created a new one via ShippingEasy. I got the welcome email from Endicia with a new account number (which shows up in the connections page on Shipping Easy). The trouble is that when I go to buy postage through Shipping Easy for the first time, the system tells me that my account is canceled (and refers to the old account).

Would you please add a label to Ready to Ship with the correct selections so our developers can attempt to purchase a label and see which account is being used? Please let me know if you still need assistance!

Hi Mark,

I do see you have created shipments since your initial inquiry. Can you tell me if you need assistance, and if so, when you last archived your carrier account? We did see a shipment for the archived account created on 9/9/15, but we do not see any created with the archived account after that date.

Carrier accounts are assigned when a shipment is created, so if shipments are created, then the carrier account is archived, the archived account will still be used for the shipments created prior to archiving.
