When selecting "create shipments" my shipping easy session freezes at the "Creating shipments..." prompt. I have been experiencing this issue for the past two days and am unable to complete shipments from my big commerce store.

Hi Larik,
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble! Occasionally there can be a slight delay when pressing to "Create Shipment", depending on our servers, and your internet speed. However, they should send to the Ready to Ship page. Keep in mind you must have the checkbox of one order selected on the Orders page to select to create a shipment. If nothing is selected, nothing will be sent to the Ready to Ship page.
I just tried this on your ShippingEasy account directly, and I did not get any errors. Are you still having trouble creating your shipments? If so, I suggest clearing your cookies and cache on your browser, or trying another browser.
