I reset a password for a client account this afternoon, was in the system, and all was fine. I logged out so that my programming team could go in and do work, and once I logged out, it now will not recognize the username and password combination I had JUST used to access. Can anyone advise how I can get back into my account? I have client work that needs to be finished today.
Why can I not log into my account after I've logged out?
