3dcart store integration not working

i have follwed the video and steps on integrating but everytime i click verify and continue, it says credentials could not be validated, what am i doing wrong?

Hi Christopher,

Thanks for reaching out. There are a few possible reasons this could be happening:

  1. The information you are inputting is incorrect. Please double check all info.
  2. Your store isnt live. Stores must be live to integrate.
  3. Your store has a redirect for URLs so we'd need to change the URL you integrated with with the correct URL.

I see that you have watched the video, but have you seen this integration article with steps?

Thank you for answering to my question. I have double checked my info and all is correct, and i have gone over the article with the steps, and im following everything how its said. Also i checked to see if my store is live and it is. so im stumped on what it could be.
