Thanks so much for reaching out! This actually sounds like it may be a bug so I've gone ahead and forwarded the information you've sent along to our Product Team. They've put in a ticket to fix the issue but I do not know if it has been prioritized yet. Thanks again for alerting us to this!

I wanted to let you know that I looked into this further and it actually does not seem like a bug after all!

Basically, this is how it works:

• The orange circle above the "Shipments" tab will appear for all users if "All Shipments" is selected on the Ready to Ship screen.
• If you toggle to "My Shipments" then the orange circle will only display if you have shipments assigned to you on the Ready to Ship screen.

So, what I think we really need to add here is the ability to freeze/set "My Shipments" on certain users so that they no longer see the "All Shipments" option.
