I purchased postage to pay for my mailing labels today. The expedited worked as usual, but my two $10 regular postage purchases did not work correctly. I have receipts for both purchases, the funds have been removed from my paypal balance but the postage amount shows red instead of green and I cant do anything. Endicia shows I have have the correct amount in my account, but shipping easy is being weird. Need to get this resolved right away, orders are waiting.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble! I took a look at your First Class Endicia account, and I do see three $10 postage purchases toward your balance yesterday, and I also see four postage prints after you purchased the postage. The ending balance and postage purchases in Endicia and ShippingEasy do match. I know Endicia was having some issues yesterday that have since been resolved, so I think your issue was likely related to that. Please let me know if you need further assistance!
