I'm sorry to see you had trouble signing up! This looks like something our developers would have to fix, likely due to an unsuccessful integration attempt with your WooCommerce store.
I do see two accounts under your company name, one account creation was successful, and the other was not. I am assuming you used a new email to successfully open an account. I do see you are on our paid plan, would you contact us directly at support@shippingeasy if you are still having trouble creating an account?
