trying to add insurance to my shipments. Try two different Flat rate packages and various insurance amounts $100-$500. And when I hit the update button after entering a value it does not shows the estimated value and it does not reflects the cost of the added insurance under the shipping cost estimate.

I added insurance while creating the 2 different shipping labels, but it did not accept the insurance when the labels printed. How do I get the insurance to add on?

I am trying to add insurance on a shipping label for a 3rd shipment and keep getting the following message:
"We were unable to confirm insurance: Unexpected error received while processing insurance. Please contact us for support."
How can I add the insurance to the shipping label?
