my store orders are not syncing to shipping easy

I'm using wooCommerce for my store and my 1st order was just placed but did not show up in shipping easy. The only thing I can determine is I did not enter the correct url when I set this up. I entered the main url which goes to the home page. Should I have done the url with /store -- or is the wooCommerce url something else?

The URL you enter should link directly to your store. Looking over your store settings, I believe that the URL is configured correctly.
