A critial problem

SO I try to print the packing list and pick list for my order that customer make under the store in chinese language. both both list wont show the name. instead shows '????'. Can please fix the problem and add feature that packing list and picking list can support chinese ? also other print part

cuz this is important, since 80% of my customer are chinse . So I need it that to at lease shows the name of the products. Or I have to switch to shipping station

I can definitely see why you'd want us to support foreign characters if your primary market reads a different language. That said, I have forwarded your request to our Product Team. We work on a queue-based system that is primary prioritized based on customer need. So, the more interest we see in this feature, the more likely it is to be prioritized.
