Did you follow our integration guide when you installed?

• How to: Integrate WooCommerce with ShippingEasy - v3.x plugin

Please verify you followed all of the steps necessary to connect your store.

Additional questions:

• You also mentioned you did a test order- Is your store live? We cannot sync with stores that are not active.
• Another thing to check: WooCommerce allows you to select which orders statuses sync from your store- are your orders in a syncable status?
• Was the test order placed before you integrated? WooCommerce does not sync existing orders, you have to select to export them.
