I am attempting to add a provider and was prompted to register an Endicia account. When doing so, it says Physical Address not Found. The billing address for my card is a PO Box, as all residences in my town use PO box for mail. Whether I enter the correct PO Box or the street address, it does not allow me to register an account. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble registering! You cannot use a PO Box to register an Endicia account, however we do have a workaround! Just look up the address of your local post office and use their address. You can use USPS' post office locator to easily find this information.
