How do you test the process without actually shipping something

I want to test the entire process from order to shipment without paying for shipping labels. How would I do that?

Hi Bob - Thanks for your post.

Unfortunately, there isn't a "sandbox" for testing the shipment process.

I recommend selecting an inexpensive First Class service that includes tracking, such as a 1 oz package. Then cancel the shipment once you've completed your test.

Note: First Class service with the Large Envelope/Flat may be the least expensive option available, but this will not generate a tracking number as this service does not include delivery confirmation.

Hi, is this still the case - or is an update to this? We want to specifically run tests with the webhook callback on status changes and when the tracking number is available.
