Label Failed: Missing or Invalid Element

We are trying to print our first label and we keep getting this error returned -

Missing or Invalid Element: From Postal Code. Error Encountered (Log ID: 37314)

How do we fix this?

Hi Nicole,

This means your shipment was missing a postal code. To fix this you just need to:
1. Press "Retry" in Shipment History or the Ready to Print page. This will send the order back to the Ready to Ship page.
2. On the Ready to Ship page, expand the To/From option, then select to edit the "To" address. You will need to edit or update the zip code listed for the order. Once you do that you should be able to purchase your label!
