Hi Ayana - Thanks for posting to our forum.
Unfortunately, shipping paid is an non-editable field in ShippingEasy. Once your order is synced, we're unable to revise this information.
Fortunately, from your settings I see that you do not map the shipping paid to your packing slips or confirmation emails. So, while you'll see the wrong amount displayed with your order details, it won't create any confusion for your customers.
