Import Order Tags from Shopify

We ship a welcome kit on the first shipment and then a refill on each subsequent shipment. The only differentiation from Shopify is in order tags that note "first order" or "recurring order". Could you please allow those tags to be pulled into SE for easy fulfillment and sorting?

Great suggestion! I can see this being really helpful for our Shopify users. I've forwarded your request to our Product Team. In the meantime, per our recent conversation via email, you may want to check if there is any kind of automation that Shopify allows so that you can have some kind of differentiation from the first order to the subsequent ones. Thanks Rachael, I think we have a workaround for now: We're going to have a second SKU (our starter kit) automatically add to the cart at zero dollars. The recurring billing will not add this item to future orders, so our fulfillment software can use a rule or automation to seek out orders that include this SKU and classify as "first shipment".

There are a few things that can prevent a Shopify order from syncing to ShippingEasy. We have outlined those in the link below along with suggestions on how to correct any of the associated problems.
