We do not ship packages everyday. Does Shipping Easy communicate with UPS with an end of day notification on the days we do ship packages to let them know that they need to stop to pick up our packages? If so, which levels of Shipping Easy do this?

Hi Sue - Thanks for posting to our Forums!
While ShippingEasy automatically notifies UPS when a label is generated, this does not necessarily prompt UPS to schedule a pick up for your packages. Rather, your pick up schedule is set by the rates that you've negotiated with UPS. If you have customarily scheduled pick ups with UPS when they are needed, you will need to continue to do so from UPS.com. Likewise, if you have a scheduled daily pick up, you will continue to receive this service.
