Yesterday I disconnected my Endicia account momentarily (accidentally), then updated my credit card's info and reconnected the same account. I purchased $50 in postage and had $0.97 already in my account. I have an order of $50.95 "ready for payment" . . . but I'm having an odd problem.
On the "Ready for payment" page it shows I have $0.97 in my account. When I click "Buy Postage" on that page I get an error that my credit card info is expired.
On the "Postage Balance" page, it shows I have $50 in my account, but I can't find a way to apply that to my order.
How can I combine the two and finish the order?
Thanks!
Hi Jasina,
I do see you have the same Endicia account for Expedited and First Class. This is likely why you are unable to purchase your labels. You cannot have the same account plugged into both Expedited and First Class. We will need to archive your First Class account for you so you can sign up for a new one.
Why do I need two Endicia accounts?
Here is how each Endicia account is billed for your postage purchases:
Endicia First Class: All Domestic and International First Class, Media Mail, Parcel Select
These will appear on your credit card statement as "USPS Postage (Internet) 800-576-3279"
Endicia Expedited: All Domestic and International Priority Mail and Express Priority Mail
These will appear on your credit card statement as:
"Endicia Postage (EMS)"
Would you please email issues@shippingeasy.com so we can verify that we can archive your First Class account so you can sign up for a new one? You don't currently have a First Class account which is why you cannot currently purchase your labels.
Warm regards,
Taylor Painter
