signing in woes

Hi

I've been trying to sign in or reach you guys all morning.  I changed my password. It was accepted and now I can't get into my account at all.  Please call or email me about what to do. It seems that there is no way to even chat with you guys.  Please call me back at -------.

I had the same issue. It allowed me to go in, change my password, accepted my password (i even received emails saying that it has been changed). But when i try to log in, it keeps saying the log in information is wrong.

I'm sorry to hear you are having troubles logging in.

I would recommend the following:

- Be sure you are using and logging in to the correct email account
- Check your Spam folder for the reset password email
- Try logging in on another browser if possible
- Clear cache and cookies "from the beginning of time" on your browser.  More about that can be found here:
