So did my shipsurance insurance actually get charged and applied or not? Or did I get charged the insurance fee and not actually get it which would be BAD. Thanks

Thank you for your message.
If you received the error message then that means that Shipsurance was not purchased nor charged. You can see the shipments that Shipsurance was charged for by looking at the Insurance column in your Shipment History. Screenshots of the process can be found here: How to: Find out how much Shipsurance coverage was purchased for a shipment
If you would like to add Shipsurance to a label already generated, you can do that via the Shipsurance site. Steps for that can be found here: What does the error message "we are unable to confirm insurance" mean?

Our label server Endicia experienced an unplanned server outage around the time that you received this error. There is a strong chance that the error was a consequence.
However, if you ever run into an error purchasing additional shipment insurance, please double check that you have selected a carrier and service that includes delivery confirmation (ie tracking). This is the most common cause of an error purchasing insurance, although I believe you had selected a trackable service in this case.
