Jane.com Account Removed And Now Can't Be Validated

I received an alert that my Jane store had been removed from my account and needed to be re-activated, but it is giving a "Credentials cannot be verified" error when I put in my login details. I would appreciate any help, since I have several large deals coming up.

Thanks for posting in our Forums! I'm sorry to hear you were having trouble. Due to some changes in the application last night, some customers were experiencing difficulty syncing their Jane stores. These should now be resolved! I am seeing your Jane store is currently showing as connected to your account. If you are unsure, I suggest you verify you followed these steps when integrating. 

If you are still having trouble syncing, since you are on a paid plan please contact us at support@shippingeasy.com, or using the phone number or chat icon in the app and we would be happy to help you troubleshoot. If you contact us directly, please have a few order numbers ready that have not yet synced.
