Currently the Shipping Easy platform is unable to create scan based returns (printing out a return with each shipping label printed) for FedEx shipments. This is done for USPS shipments.
In order to create a return label for FedEx we have to go the the shipping history and print return labels on a case by case basis. This isn't the way customer focused service works for many ecommerce companies. Customer expect to have their scan based return label in the package instead of having to get in touch with our customer service team to get a return label.
I'm requesting that Shipping Easy provide the integration with FedEx required to print out scan based returns.
