My store will not reconnect

I have followed the tutorial about reconnecting my store with zoey ecommerce. Despite the message saying the store has now been reconnected it still shows it as disconnected and nothing is syncing

Zoey eCommerce is a platform that helps you build a Magento site. However, ShippingEasy does not have a direct integration with Zoey eCommerce. Rather, you would need to integrate the Magento site directly with ShippingEasy.

I took a look at  your account and see that yo have a Magento store integration that was disconnected over 2 months ago. So, it seems that there is a problem with your Magento connection.

I see your SOAP is loaded: https://www.consignista.com/api/v2_soap

However the URL redirects to https://wwwconsignistacom.zoeysite.com/api/v2_soap

This is not expected behavior. I'd love to get some more information to better understand what might be causing the problem:

  • Did you recently make this change to your Magento store?
  • Were you ever able to sync to ShippingEasy?
  • It looks like your last successful sync was two months ago- what have you changed since then?

Hi Penny,

We were able to connect to your Magento store using the URL: https://www.consignista.com/index.php.

Your store is now showing as connected but no new orders have pulled in. If you would please give us an example order number (that is unshipped), we would be happy to verify this synced.

Howdy Taylor,

I'm experiencing the same issue as Penny. Was there something Penny had to do on the consignista side to resolve the issue, or was it resolved on shipping easy's side? I'm attempting to reconnect https://www.filteright.com/index.php, but I'm getting the same behavior where it claims success but then shows as disconnected.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for posting in our forums and investigating your issue a bit further! I outlined what I found regarding your issue here. The reason you are unable to connect does appear to be related to loading your SOAP on your server, whereas Penny had entered the wrong URL while re-integrating. 

Please let me know if you are able to connect once your load your SOAP! You can reply with an update to either post.
