I surpassed the allotted number of orders in my Starter Plan this week. It said it would reset today, so I waited (rather than upgraded). Now that the "Reset Day" is here, it says I'm still locked out.
I have orders that need to be filled today. When will it reset??

Hello Colleen - Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Currently, subscriptions do not cycle over at a specific time on the reset day. However, the new cycle will always begin sometime on the reset day.
I can see that you regained access and started shipping on March 5th, the date that this recent billing cycle began. I hope you were able to get everything out in time.
