New BigCommerce Orders Not Populating

Hello,

We just installed a new shipping easy account inside our BigCommerce store a couple days ago, and all seemed to be working well. New orders with status "Awaiting Fulfillment" were being shown in the Shipping Easy dashboard.

We received a couple orders over the last couple days, and they were nowhere to be found in the shipping easy dashboard, but existed in BC as Awaiting Fulfillment, much like the ones that are showing on the shipping easy dashboard now. We could not get them to show, so we had to ship those manually.

However, today we tried a test order, and it took 10+ minutes to show in the dashboard, even when pressing the Sync button several times.

We'd love to use shipping easy, but we need it to be consistent  - please advise! thank you.

Welcome to ShippingEasy and thanks for posting in our forums!

I am seeing your store is connected, so your previous orders likely needed more time to pull through. We do sync with BigCommerce once every hour, but if you would like to sync sooner you can press "Sync with Store" on the orders page of your ShippingEasy account. Once you press the Sync with Store on the orders page, it can take about 20 minutes for these to pull through

How to use ShippingEasy with BigCommerce

If you exceed an hour and your orders still have not synced from your BigCommerce store, would you please email issues@shippingeasy.com with the order numbers that have not synced and we can see if there is something hat is preventing these orders from pulling through. Please make sure the orders are in a syncable status.
