Mark as shipped edit date

We have an 2 orders that should have been combined but one was missed. These 2 orders shipped together. How can we mark the missed order as shipped without it showing today's date but the date it actually shipped?

Hi Jennifer -

Unfortunately, there is not an option to set a ship date for an order when "marking as shipped".

Since using "mark as shipped" will update most store platforms that the order was shipped that day, it may be better to clear the order. Learn how to clear an order.

Then update the order manually within your store.

You may also want to add a note to the surviving order in ShippingEasy. To do so:

  1. Look up the surviving order in the Global Search bar. Learn more. 
  2. From the Actions menu, select "Add Internal Shipment Note"

This can help you keep track of how the two orders were handled in case questions arise down the road.
