Manual Order Entry Not Working

Answered

Have tried it 10 times now. I enter the details including the weight and every time it says weight needed for quick ship. I am not even doing quick ship I am doing create order.

I often do manual order entry because I have opted not to connect my amazon account. First time I have had this problem.

PLEASE HELP these orders need to ship tomorrow.

Hi Ayana,

Thanks for posting in our forums!

You would need a weight to Quick Ship, however if you do press to "Create Order", the order will appear on your orders page even though the weight is still shown in red. I did just successfully do a test manual order on your account with the order number "Test". I used ShippingEasy's address: 609 Castle Ridge Rd, Austin, TX 78746.

You can clear this test order so it is no longer in your orders page.

If you are still not able to enter your order, it is possible there is something wrong with your browser that is making you unable to click the "Create Order" option. I have outlined a few suggestions below on how to resolve this issue.

Please try these options:

1. Completely clear your browser history, cookies, and cache

What should I do if I encounter a page not displaying correctly within ShippingEasy?

2. Flush your DNS

How to flush your DNS

3. Try both Google Chrome and FireFox

4. Make sure you are entering a valid address.

Please let me know if this works for you!

Hi Taylor,

The problem persisted. I was entering weight for the orders but the system was not recognizing that. It seemed to only happen with a specific product with a specific SKU - DP-GYP4-7JI9  - the Herbal Henna 1lb item.

There is so much data and so many settings in my browser that are speciall set - I would really like to avoid resetting all of that.

Thanks,

Ayana

Hi Ayana,

I just placed a new test order "Test2" on your account with that SKU "DP-GYP4-7JI9" and I didn't have any issues so this does appear to be a caching issue.

Something you could try is searching for "app.shippingeasy.com" in your browser history, then try deleting the specific history with that URL individually to see if that helps. This has worked for me in the past when I have had caching issues but didn't want to delete my history!

An easy way for you to test to see if this is a browser issue would be to try inputting the same information on a different browser to see if you get the same result. Please let me know if you are able to reproduce the same issue on another browser.

Warm regards,
