Haven't received email with label

I purchased a label through shippingeasy in my storenvy shop and it said a label will arrive in your email. I haven't received an email with the label yet. It never usually takes this long and I haven't done anything different.

Thanks for posting in our forums! It looks like you are using our EasyShip option for Storenvy merchants. I took a look at the transaction history associated with your email and I do see that some labels were created and emailed last Thursday. I did not see any failed transactions. It is possible these went to your spam folder. Would you please search "All Mail" for an email from storenvysupport@shippingeasy.com to see if it went to the wrong folder in your email?

If you are still unable to find your label, would you please email storenvysupport@shippingeasy.com with the order number and recipient name? We will be able to look up specific information for your label there!
