I'm trying to download a csv file and there is no button that says download orders...i've watched the tutorial and that button is literally NOT there....HELP someone please...this is so frustrating..

Are you looking for the option to:
- upload a CSV file of orders to ShippingEasy?
- export shipment data for a set of orders that were originally uploaded via CSV file?
- do something else?
Also, could you share the link to the original tutorial that showed this? I may be able to provide pointed instructions once I know what you're looking to do.
